  • Georgia Counties: Hall, Gwinnett, Fulton, Forsyth, Dawson, Lumpkin, Barrow, Jackson, Banks, Rabun, White, Habersham, Stephen. Exceptions can be made depending on the season and venue location.

  • NO, unfortunately we do not offer “self pickup” at the moment. We DELIVER and PICKUP to and from your location in timely manner.

  • The minimum order for delivery is $100.00 including delivery and pickup fees.

  • The sooner you reserve your equipment the better. We advise you not to wait until “last minute” We are a “first come first serve” business.

  • NO, we do not have a showroom for clients to visit. All rentals are displayed online and available for DELIVERY ONLY!

How to place your Order?

  • 1.The first thing we advise you to do is browse our catalog.

    2. If you see the item that you want, simply click on the HEART located right next to the item. This will add that specific item to your wish list.

    3 .Once you have completed adding your items to your wish list. On the bottom right corner of your screen, you will have a HEART with a number. That is your items added to your list. Click on that HEART

    4. Select your Event Date; there’s no need to select a time frame at this moment. You can now hit the button “Save” (this will save your date).

    5. Now, It’s time to check each item and adjust your quantity. Make sure each amount is correct before proceeding.

    6. Click on “Contact and Venue Info” (Button) to fill out your information and the event location.

    7. Don’t forget to let us know any necessary information about your event in the “NOTES” section. You can now click on SEND LIST.

    8. Once you hit the “Send List” button, we will contact you to proceed. But feel free to call us at 770-695-3200 during business hours if you might need to speak with us or if your event is within the next 72 hours.

Day of Delivery

  • Our standard delivery and pickup hours are Monday through Saturday 9am-5pm and stated in your logistic section of your contract.

    Purchased Time framed delivery and pick up hours are also stated in the logistic section of your contract.

    On the day of delivery or pickup, we will contact you 15-45 minutes prior to arrival at your event location.

    we asked that you respond promptly to prevent any delays.

  • Once you have received your expected arrival time from our delivery driver, please clear your driveway so that our truck can unload your equipment. We will accommodate up to 25 feet from the truck to place your equipment in a safe and secure spot. We will drop your rentals to your garage, however we will not enter any building.

    If setup was purchased for your equipment, we asked that you select the area prior to our arrival so that we can arrange your setup in a timely manner. Our delivery team will not rearrange the equipment once setup is completed. Please be prepared with your layout on hand for our team.

    We ask that you always check your equipment on arrival before our driver leaves your location.

    Finally, a signature is required to confirm that you have received all equipment stated on your contract agreement.

Day of Pickup

  • Our standard pickup hours are Monday through Saturday 9am-5pm and stated in your logistic section of your contract.

    Purchased Time framed pickup/delivery hours are also stated in the logistic section of your contract.

  • All rentals must be broken down and stacked “ready to go” for our delivery team. It must be placed in the same spot as it was delivered.

    Tents: Tents and tents accessories are always broken down by our team. Do not attempt to move or disassemble out tents, tent walls and tent lights

    Chairs: Must be broken down, stacked and ready to go (Only for clients who did not purchased setup/breakdown).

    Tables: Tables must be broken down, stacked, and ready to go (Only for clients who did not purchased setup/breakdown).

    Linens: All linens must be shaken out to remove any food or particles. If linens are wet, please airdry before placed in bag. Do not Wash our linens.

    Tableware: All tableware (Glassware, Dinnerware, and Flatware) must be free of food particles and liquid. Please place items back in the containers that you received on the drop off.

    A picture is taken on delivery to confirm location.

    Purchased Setup/Breakdown:

    If you have purchased a setup, we will breakdown and remove equipment from the setup location.

    Please make sure the equipment is always protected from inclement weather or theft. You are responsible for all rentals while in your possession.

  • When we arrive, our team will check all the equipment. Please make sure all the items are there.

    If items are not there, our driver will contact the office to notify them of any missing or damaged items. Our team has many stops and will not wait around for you to find the equipment.

    If you do find the equipment within 24 hours of pickup, we will charge an additional fee to return for the equipment.

    Lost or damage equipment will result in a replacement cost for the item.
